Letter To Judges

Dear Paul:

This letter is to confirm the invitation to you to judge the Front Range Agility Team USDAA agility trials on Saturday and Sunday July 21st & 22nd, 2001.

We will arrange hotel accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights.  We assume you will make your own flight arrangements; you should fly into Denver International Airport.  If you need any help with the flights please let us know.  We will provide ground transportation between the hotel, airport and trial site.  Please try to book an airline ticket far enough in advance to get the lowest rates.  We would need you to arrive in Denver sometime on Friday July 20th and leave no earlier than 7 PM on Sunday.  If you are unable to fly out on Sunday night, please let us know and FRAT will arrange hotel accommodations for Sunday night also.   FRAT will reimburse you for your flights, hotel, airport parking or taxi, and meals, as well as compensating you for judging in accordance with the USDAA guidelines.  Kenneling fees for your dogs, up to $100, will be reimbursed.  Please plan to provide us with receipts for all expenses.

If all this is acceptable to you, please sign and return a copy of this letter to me in the enclosed envelope.
