I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the rules for receiving money from Front Range Agility Team.  I agree that if, for any reason, I am unable to compete after receiving this money, I will reimburse Front Range Agility Team the entire amount within 30 days from withdrawing from the event.  I will notify Jamie Horacek if this occurs.

Guidelines:

Money must be used to attend a National Agility competition only for which they have qualified.

All applicants must be 18 years of age or under.

All applicants must live in the Front Range Area which includes Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming.

All applicants must be the PRIMARY handler for the dog.  This means that the dog must not attend trials more than 50% of the time with another handler.

Each applicant is eligible to receive a maximum of $250 per year.

Money will be forfeited if participant does not compete for any reason.
